I know of a lot of people will say its creative but after thinking about it its not the biggest problem the WWE is Vince McMahons ego.He has final say over everything si no matter how much of a pile of crap an idea is if he likes it then its golden. The Miss wrestlemania story is a the perfect example of Vince thinking it was gold when it was crap.Beyond it being crap it was also an insult to any woman who ever wrestled for the WWE past present and future. You have to wonder what we would see if Vince stepped aside and let say Stephanie make a couple of final decesions regarding creative.

No, this is the WWE's problem. I'll post an article and maybe you'll get it:
CHRIS JERICHO has urged WWE boss Vince McMahon to ditch the company's old guard in favour of promoting new talent.
Despite himself being a 19 year-veteran, the 38-year-old Canadian claims the world's leading wrestling promotion is in danger of going stale if the likes of Triple H, Undertaker and Shawn Michaels continue to dominate the spotlight.
Jericho insists rising stars like Legacy, Morrison and Jack Swagger can safeguard the long-term future of the company if McMahon gives them the opportunity to do so.
Former world heavyweight champion Jericho said: "Creating new talent, creating new stars, that's the most important thing for any of the brands to do.
"They have to keep the wheels turning — they can't just base it on the same guys year in and year out. That's how business fails — that's how WCW failed."
Speaking to Slam Wrestling he added: "We have some young guys that are ready to grasp it and there are other guys that aren't. They're going to have to speed up the process a bit.
"I think that Morrison is learning more each week, I think Dolph Ziggler is learning more each week, Cryme Tyme have learned a lot over the last few months.
"Legacy is getting there, Jack Swagger, Kofi Kingston and The Miz — those are the guys that are going to have to start becoming more of a presence.
"A couple of guys in ECW, like Evan Bourne... Sheamus is another guy that I think has some potential.
"So now is the time, we need these guys to step up. But some guys just aren't capable — they're not ready because they don't have the experience yet.
"But as long they are improving every week, those are guys that I kind of see as being the next wave of the company when my generation of guys is retired or not at the same level as we are now."
Final thought: JERICHO IS... GOD!

Actuaaly Trey an argument could be made that what Chris jerichio said supports what I said.Vince has final say on everything so its his call the aging veterans get top billing well the young guys get held back.

Chris Jericho = top vet
Chris Jericho = lots of backstage pull
Let's put this as a math problem, shall we?
Top vet + Lots of backstage pull = Jericho is God.
I mean, c'mon, how else did Kennedy get fired? Orton has a lot of pull and it wasn't Vince's say.

Your right Trey I'm not aruging that whats so ever yes the vets have a ton of backstage pull. But you have to remember that no one gets a push with out Vince saying okay.Lets face it he has made decisions with is ego before look at the whole Katie Vick mess he loved the idea even though others said it was not good and would cause the WWE trouble now any clear thinking man would have said oksy lets do something else but becuase Vince love the idea and thought it was gold it was run and turned out to be crap

What do you think ECW is really for? It's development on TV, I mean, c'mon. Why are the vets like Christian, Dreamer, and Regal there? To help the younger talent along until they get pushed onto the bigger roster. Those guys are there as trainers. They help the more "WWE green" talent get better so they can be pushed. Which is why Dreamer hasn't gotten OFF of ECW.
Look at where Kingston is. Mid-card talent, very popular and over with the crowd. ECW graduate. Jack Swagger. Getting a lot of "bad" heat. ECW graduate. Evan Bourne, ECW graduate, Miz, ECW graduate, John Morrison, ECW graduate, Hart Dynasty, ECW graduates. (Except Smith, who was on SD! and Raw before going back into FCW development).

I definitley agree that ECW has been turned into the TV production side development with more exposer than OVW.

Considering that OVW is no longer owned by WWE, but, instead, JBL, I don't think WWE will be getting any more development stars past Mickie James and Mister Kennedy from OVW.

Didn't WWE cut ties with OVW a couple years ago?
Trey Union
10-19-2009, 10:22 PM
Yup. Which is why they don't get stars from there anymore. I'm shocked they got Danielson from RoH... Not that it matters, they won't get Trey Union/Brett Kingston/Christian Black. LOL

Yeah they cut ties and moved the developmental program to FCW.
Thats to bad Trey I have a feeling you would have done well in the WWE

Lol, it's all good. I'd rather stick around the indies for a while before going big time. Don't wanna peak too early.

Yeah but Vince and Company would probably blur the thing out though.
Speaking of Vince check out the the news story I posted about him having youtube pull TNA videos down featuring christian when he was in TNA.What is Vince thinking. He is opening himself up to a huge lawsuit here and I mean huge think about lets TNA goes after him for having footage they own pulled I could see ROH and other promotions where current wwe talent competed going after him as well to stop him from messing with there footage.Vince has truely lost it.
