If Bret Hart walks out of Raw with the U.S. title, do you think he will have a good long title reign? Personally I hope so, even if he doesn't defend it every week [I can't see him wanting such a heavy schedule, and with his new granddaughter...]

It supposed to but I got thinking after Vicki was told there would be a the GM on RAW next week. Bret wins the US title then next week on RAW he comes out and announces he is the new GM of raw then names two contenders to fight for the now vacant US title.

that would be a perfect scenario, with a series of matches to see who would be in the finals for the belt...........I can't see Bret defending the title..............and I saw him winning the belt as soon as Miz announced the match last week.........and it fell into place when it was announced a no DQ

I loved seeing Bret win the title, and it was great the way he did it :) Miz could have been in the Sharpshooter a bit longer though!

I'm a tad confused at Bret winning the title because yes the man is a legend but he's old and I cant see him really impressing me. I hope he drops it or the Miz invoke a rematch clause or something, gains it back then Bryan Danielson comes at starts making his way towards the belt :/

Yup and I was wrong, which is pretty rare.

I totally did not see Truth winning the US title match on Raw. And I didn't see Hart coming in as the GM; I thought his contract was almost up? Surely, this storyline is not gonna last long, right?

Bret always said he would be up to staying with the wwe after his contract was up.Personally I hope this storyline lasts for awhile I love seeing Bret on TV again.

Love seeing that the old wounds have been healed concerning Bret and WWE. That being said, I don't want to see him have his livelihood taken away by taken a bad shot to the head (which is the reason he retired to begin with)

As long as he just stays GM and doesn't do anything in the ring that could risk another head injury, I'm cool with seeing him back on TV. I'm all for seeing the Oldschool folks make come backs in non-wrestling rolls, but am sad to see old wrestlers try to get back into the ring.

I agree, but I still loved the matches he was in :) As long as they are special [and rare] and carefully planned, no harm
