Let me start off by saying forgot everything you know about Splinter Cell. Now that's out of the way let's begin.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Story to Splinter Cell Conviction takes place after Splinter Cell Double Agent.

It is nothing like previous splinter cell where you felt like you were the prey doing anything to survive. In Conviction you are the Hunter and the enemies are the prey. You choose the way you play.

If you still want to play the game like the other splinter Cells & be stealthy then go ahead.

If you want to play the game like going in guns blazing then you can.

The Game is no longer about you doing mission for a company you are doing missions to find your Daughter as you have found out she is not dead.

The Company you worked for betrayed you.

You want ANSWERS as to why your daughter was taking from you & then lied to & YOU WANT THEM NOW.

The Sam Fisher everybody knows and loves is dead. The Sam Fisher that we get now is a real BAD ASS.

The Story is a deep and touching story that will have you emotional & at some points even enraged as the way you connect with Sam Fisher in Conviction is simply Amazing.

The Gameplay has also been reworked no need now to look for a stealth meter as the stealth meter is gone,The way they have reworked the stealth system is Fantastic. The Game has full color when you are in the light & when you are hidden in the shadows the screen turns black & white. It is that one little gameplay that has improved on the look & feel of this game also.

Now I am a Huge Fan of The Splinter Cell series I own all Five Splinter Cell games five including Conviction. But I just didn't like the constant hiding in the shadows not the other four games made you do.It made feel like you weren't an elite agent sent into retrieve something or sent in to get information. As a Player I felt like I was playing as an ordinary guy caught in the wrong place at the wrong time doing anything to survive.

With Conviction my faith in Ubisoft & In splinter Cell was revived.None of this having to hide in the shadows to complete your mission. If you want to go in the front door of a building even though there are guards or henchman guarding it then you take them out & YOU GO THROUGH THAT FRONT DOOR.

or if you want to play the stealth side of it & get into the building through an open window then you can do that too.

The gameplay has been reworked for the better & for this I salute ubisoft.

The Game has a very dark storyline that can easily pull you in and not let go.

I still have not finished the game yet But I am very close to finishing it.

Anyways I give the game an 9.8 out of 10.I give it an 9.8 because it is not free of technical flaws.

I will leave with some images of the game & you decide for yourself if my review wasn't convincing enough.
