We have all heard the saying the best way to predict the future is to look to the past.So with that in mind lets us have a quick history lesson in the first monday night wat it was the little guy Vince McMahon vs the media giant billionaire ted with Vince toppling the giant.With the new Monday night war we have the little guy aka TNA vs The media giant aka the WWE.So I ask using history as a indicator if TNA makes carefull well planned and thought out moves could they actually topple Vince's empire?

Some may call me crazy but I truely believe TNA has an outside chance of beating the wwe.If they just promote good hard hitting action like have been and really push home grown stars like Abyss,Aj Styles and Samoa Joe they could concivablely beat the wwe.I am also certian what TNA needs to at least level the playing field so to speak is a wwe headliner to jump to TNA with out warning.I am talking about what WCW did with Lex Luger when he jumped back the day after his wwe contract expired they mamaged to make it a huge surprise and if TNA could pull off something like that then they have that outside chance to beat the wwe.

A huge surprise would have to be well planned, Internet fans are alert now!

Exactly my point if they take there time and keep things quite and pull off some good surprises and perhaps pull a few pages from Vinces play book they have that outside chance.

all they have to do is pick up the best of what vince is throwing away..........but a surprise superstar slipping thru Vince's fingers would be a coup

Thats what I mean by careful well thought out moves not just signing every one the wwe releases like eric did with WCW.

Also they need to be careful with ANY employee with a history in the WWE - Never know who Vince might have actually sent there!

Exactly.I still think he sent a few guys to WCW on purpose to help destroy it when it was bigger then the WWE.

Yup.There was a huge rumor going around that Vince sent russo to wcw to kill it off so who knows
