I am in so much fucking pain right now because of the stupid bitch who washes the stairs down in my building she left standing water on the stairs and when my foot hit it I went flying and hit like a sack of wet cement.The hit was so hard I couldn't breathe for like two minutes.I was so scared when I couldn't take a breath .I am going to talk to my landlord and get her fired I am lucky I never broke any bones.

I am sore today and will be for awhile.I am thinking about talking to a lawyer I may have grounds for a lawsuit not that I would sue seeing as I didn't get seriously hurt.

If you're having this much pain, perhaps a lawsuit would be the best thing to do. Especially if you're going to be sore for the time period you say you are. Head to a hospital and make sure you have no injuries before even thinking about going through with a lawsuit, though.

I was at the docotrs today and he says that there are no serious injuries and that I am going to be sore for a few days.

just as long as you have it on record in case something crops up in the future, you just never know...............besides you should have some sort of compensation, say some free rent for a month!!!!!!!!! anyway I hope you are feeling better soon.
